Most of our guests come back. So we are less in the business of recommending attractions, and more in the business of remembering that you like the earlier boat and a table at the end of the terrace.
What follows is a starting point, not a menu. If you have something else in mind, tell us. Usually it can be done.

Stringray City
A shallow sandbar in the middle of the open sea where wild southern stingrays have gathered for generations. You stand in waist-deep water and they come to you, close enough to touch. It is the rare excursion that lives up to everything said about it.

Your own boat, crew, and route for the day. We choose the vessel to suit the size of your party and build the itinerary around what you actually want to see.

The living reef sits close to shore, and the wrecks further out are among the finest in the Caribbean. Guided trips run for every level, including complete beginners.

We work with a small group of certified operators we know personally, serving everyone from first-time divers through to guests pursuing full certification during their stay.
EVENING
Sunset Cruise
Out on the water as the light turns. Quiet, unhurried, and easily the best two hours you will spend on a boat here. Champagne aboard if you would like it.

Botanic Park
Native planting, orchid gardens, and the blue iguana found nowhere else on earth. The quietest few hours available on Grand Cayman, and a good antidote to a busy beach.
TWO HOURS
Pedro St. James
The oldest surviving stone structure on the island and the birthplace of Caymanian democracy. Restored properly, and worth the drive for anyone with an interest in the place.

National Museam
In George Town, in the oldest public building in the Cayman Islands. A concise, well-made account of how these three islands came to be what they are.

There is a genuine artistic community here. We will point you to the galleries and craft markets worth your time, from island painting and sculpture to traditional thatch work.

Our spa partners come to you. They were chosen from a long list of local providers and they do genuinely professional work at fair, transparent prices, at whatever hour suits you rather than whatever hour suits a spa.
Grocery Pre-Stocking
Send us a list and your kitchen will be stocked when you walk in. Coffee you actually drink, milk for the children, wine in the fridge. It removes the least pleasant hour of any holiday.
Private & In-Suite Dining
Luca serves Caribbean Club guests directly in their suites, and we can arrange a private chef or a set table on your balcony for an occasion that deserves one.

Tell Us Your Dates
Write to us once your stay is booked. Tell us who is travelling, roughly what you enjoy, and anything we should know. There is no form to fill in and no minimum notice.

We Plan and Confirm
We come back with a short set of recommendations chosen for your dates, the season, and your party. Once you approve them, we book and confirm everything on your behalf.
03
We Stay on Hand
Your concierge remains available throughout your stay. Plans change, weather turns, children tire. We adjust as often as you need, without it becoming your problem.
