A deposit of 30% of the room total is due at time of booking
Balance is due on arrival

Cancellation/ Refund Policies
January 10 to April 20
You can cancel, change dates or request a different suite via email more than 60 days before arrival
Cancelling the reservation more than 60 days before arrival, 6% of the deposit will be charged as cancellation fee.
Cancelling the reservation 59 days or less before arrival, will forfeit the deposit paid
April 21 to December 18​
You can cancel, change dates or request a different suite via email more than 30 days before arrival
Cancelling the reservation more than 30 days before arrival, 6% of the deposit will be charged as cancellation fee.
Cancelling the reservation 29 days or less before arrival, will forfeit the deposit paid

You can cancel, change dates or request a different suite via email more than 120 days before arrival
Cancelling the reservation more than 120 days before arrival, 6% of the deposit will be charged as cancellation fee.
Cancelling the reservation 119 days or less before arrival, will forfeit the deposit paid
